1. Who we are, and your agreement to these terms

This website, www.stateratech.io, is operated by Statera FZCO (“Statera”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Free Zone Company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 101 IFZA Dubai – Building A2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using this website you agree to these terms. You also confirm that you are able to form a legally binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

This site is intended for business users. It is not directed at children.

2. What these terms cover

These are website terms only. They govern your use of this marketing site: the pages you can browse, the content on them, and the forms you can submit. They are not a product agreement. If you become a customer of one of our products (such as Vettd, Archon SEO & GEO, Cortex AMSES, or Statera Resolve), your use of that product is governed by the separate agreement you enter into for it, not by these terms.

How we handle personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those policies apply to your use of the site alongside these terms; nothing in these terms (including the limitations in Section 7 or the governing-law provision in Section 9) limits or overrides the rights you have, or the obligations we owe, under applicable data-protection law.

3. Using the website

You may browse the site, and download or print pages from it, for your own business or personal reference. In return, you agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that infringes anyone else’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers it runs on, or any connected systems;
  • knowingly introduce viruses or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the site by automated means, except where the law expressly permits it and that permission cannot be excluded by agreement; or

When you submit a form on this site (for example, to request a demo or contact us), you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share.

4. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the content on this site: the text, graphics, logos, product names, page designs, and underlying code. The Statera name and our product names — including Vettd, Archon SEO & GEO, Cortex AMSES, and Statera Resolve— are our trade identifiers. Except for the browsing and reference use described in Section 3, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit content from this site without our prior written permission.

5. Links to other websites

Where this site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for your information only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data. Linking to a site does not mean we endorse it.

6. Content on this site, and disclaimer of warranties

The content on this site is provided for general information about Statera and our products. It is not professional advice, and it does not form part of any contract for our products. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we may change, move, or remove content at any time, and we do not promise that the site or its content will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

This site is made available free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights and remedies that the law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing in these terms affects them.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. The version published on this page when you use the site is the version that applies, so please check back when you return.

9. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you use the site as a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you remain free to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

10. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise to enforce any of them.
